This is a PDF knitting PATTERN for a gorgeous cabled bonnet for use as a newborn photography prop.

It is written in standard american terms with some photos to help with sizing of the hat. This pattern is knitted on 2 straight needles so no complicated knitting in the round!

Sizing:
The pattern is for NEWBORN size only

Difficulty:
Advanced - You must know how to pick up and knit stitches along the edge of your work and make cables.

Materials required:
Worsted/Aran 10 ply yarn or other medium weight yarn
A pair of 6mm needles (US size 10)
Cable needle
