Gauge is not important for this lacy scarf. Suitable for beginner project, pattern was developed for a beginning machine knitting class.

The lacy stitch pattern is accomplished by leaving every fourth stitch out of work. The knitter is introduced to tuck stitch.

Pattern can be used with yarns ranging from a sport weight to a light bulky, but worsted is preferred.
