This shawlette was inspired by the treats inside my Eweniversity 2013 goodie bag. You could use any three yarns of similar worsted weight. As with portrait artists, who allow some part of their own features to subconsciously appear in each of their subjects, a piece of me happened to appear as the form of this shawlette emerged. 8 is my birth month and 18 is is the day of the month, important counts in this project.
Things that you may have learned at this year’s event include the provisional CO, picking up sts., YOs, and picot BO. You could also weave in ends as you go at the color changes.

This pattern is first available as a thank you gift to attendees of Anacapa Fine Yarn’s Eweniversity 2013. It will be later released for sale with 2 sizes available.
