Too many hand-knitted garments fit too closely to the figure for complete smartness. This lumber-jacket in stocking stitch is roomy and smart with its neat midriff, taking inches off the waistline, and full sleeves fitted to the wrist on a cuff, plus two big pockets. Dashing and fit for all outdoor sports, but equally useful and cosy for wearing indoors.

Materials: 10 ozs, 4-ply Patons and Baldwins Beehive Fingering Wool. Two No. 9 and 2 No. 12 needles, 9 buttons, crochet hook.

Measurements: Length 17 inches; bust 34 in.- 36 in.; sleeve seam 18 ins.
