This hat was designed to be a man’s hat (though it certainly can be worn by women) that is more interesting than a simple ribbed or stockinette hat and warm enough to make it through this rough winter.

It uses just under one skein of Lamb’s Pride Worsted Weight and knits quickly. Skills needed include knitting, purling, decreasing, working in the round and very basic cables.
