Little Choo Choo is a fun, whimsical sweater design, perfect for a boy or a girl. It knits up in a classical top-down raglan pattern, with absolutely no seaming!
The train is created using stranded colorwork (aka fair isle), with a few rounds that use three colors. Don’t panic, die-hard fair isle-ers, it’s really not difficult at all! If the thought of carrying that extra color makes your stomach churn, you can always choose to duplicate stitch over with the third color instead.
The puffy clouds are created using duplicate stitch with fluffy Pipsqueak, and buttons are sewn on as cute embellishments afterwards. (Please note that buttons can be a choking hazard and should be sewed on very thoroughly, and checked often.)
