What am I missing?
A Little Lace Bookmark
This past weekend I was going through all my stash and disposing of all those little bits and pieces of yarn that I seem to hold on to for whatever reason. During this stashing cleaning, I came across a bit of leftover Elsebeth Lavold’s Hempathy and thought it might make a fun little bookmark.
This project is perfect for using up left-over fingering weight or lace weight yarn!
For someone who has been apprehensive in trying a lace pattern, this little beauty is for you. By using a basic increase and decrease method, you end up with points at the top and bottom of the book mark, and by using yarn-overs and decreases, you learn how to create a simple lace pattern.
This pattern is not brilliant and I’m sure there’s one similar out there but here you go and I hope you enjoy!
