Materials needed:
size H (5 mm) crochet hook
Worsted weight yarn (I used Red Heart) in:
green - about 200 yards
white - about 25 yards
yellow - 5 yards
and about 2 yards each of red, blue and black.
a tapestry needle

Measurements:
This hat is 24 inches around at the base and 13 inches tall.

front post single crochet (single crochet around the stitch, not through top bars)
