Like many knitters, I have a little sock yarn problem. My regular stash is rather fluid, I put some in, I knit some up and it stays about the same size. Not so with my sock yarn stash. That just grows. I pick up a skein or two here on clearance, on vacation, in a color I like, in a color I know one of my children would like, etc.

The yarn in this project is Stardust by Red Heart, a fun blend with some sparkle through it. It was sparkly, I was in a sparkly mood and it came home with me.

I did have a few moments of wondering what I was going to do with it, but soon cast on and knit up a simple scarf with tons of personality. So if you have a sock yarn stash like mine and love scarves, here you go!
