A word to the wise--this is a bare-bones sock pattern. It assumes that you’ve made a sock before. For example, it might say “turn heel” , but not give you the step-by-step instructions for turning a heel. Also, I’ve only sized it for my tiny feet. If your feet have a circumference of more than 8”, you’ll need to resize it accordingly (by altering the number of stitches or changing the gauge). Never fear! There are many excellent sock knitting resources on the internet. Try Silver’s Sock Class or Cindy Craig’s Learn to Knit Socks pattern.
