Absalom was named for the hookah-smoking caterpillar in Tim Burton’s Alice in Wonderland…. It’s hard to ignore your own Muchness when you’re wearing such a cute topper!

Absalom is a simple little hat with a little bit of slouch and a narrow color band, just to keep things interesting.

The pattern is written to fit a medium-sized head, but a smaller needle could be used for the ribbing if you needed it a little tighter.
