When it’s not quite cold enough for a hat, but your ears could use an extra layer, headbands are the perfect solution. My sister and her wife recently moved to Canada, so I figured they could each use a headband. This pattern of mirrored cabled clusters divided by a zigzagging line reminds me of our family, currently split by a border but still as strong as ever.
