With a little yarn and a little effort, this little lacey topper will add a touch of sophistication to top off any outfit. The soft Merino/Cashmere blend will agree with even the most sensitive of skin, and the lace motif and five-petal flower crown will agree with the most particular of sensibilities.

The Adelaida Hat is worked in the round from brim to crown. The lace is more complicated than it looks, with nothing more advanced than a Centered Double Decrease. The small size and simple stitches make this the perfect project for anyone wanting to try their hand at lace or learn to read charts.
