The Adelaide Lace Bloomers are a dressy, feminine soaker with a drawstring around the waist and feather and fan lace skirt. The bloomers are worked top down in the round. The work is then divided into back and front and worked back and forth separately. Lastly the little skirt and ribbing around the legs are added.
