This is the larger version of my first multi sized pattern. Just like the original, it was scary to write because I knew the mathematics to go from one size to the other, but getting it onto paper so that anyone else could understand it was another thing entirely.

From the front, it may resemble EZ’s BSJ but that is where the similarity ends.

I am a HUGE fan of EZ but I have an uneasy relationship with the sleeve seam.

The single seam in this sweater is in an obvious spot but is invisible because it is grafted together making it look seamless.

Those of you with a discerning eye will notice that this (the original is now removed) photo is of the sz10 child version of the original One Seam Sweater. When my broken finger finally heals, I will finish the adult version and post the picture then.

Edit January 23, 2018

Finger finally healed and I have been wearing the sweater (made in “contraband” yarn because I liked the colour combination) for about a month now. Notice that the buttons are unique and I do have the connectors for the buttons at the store (soon to be available on line).

NOTE to quotations above - if the yarn isn’t sold in my store, I jokingly refer to it as contraband. This yarn is exclusive to the big box store that shall not be named - you can Google it ;)

p.s. I am always up for a challenge, so I made this sweater a NO SEAM One Seam Sweater by starting with a Figure 8 cast on (see the grey stripe in the center of the bottom photo).

Edit February 11, 2018

Not sure if I should be disappointed in myself or a little pleased. An eagle eye pointed out that my size chart was incorrect. It has been fixed and I now know that my 44” chest fits, albeit snugly, into a SMALL adult sweater :)

Edit March 30, 2019

The second and fourth pictures were added so that you could see how the size small adult sweater fits an actual small adult  Mom still lets me wear it from time to time :)

edit Jan 28, 2021: Uploaded a pattern with yarn amounts for each size. Somehow I didn’t notice that part of the chart went missing from the PDF.
