A simple stocking stitch pinafore with A-line skirt and a kanagroo pocket for holding little girl treasures. Worn with 3-4cm of positive ease so layers can be added underneath on frosty days.

Worked from a provisional cast on from waist to shoulders, then skirt is worked from waist down to hem.

Use a sturdy machine washable wool that won’t show the dirt, and add colour with the pocket and edgings.

2 sizes are provided, but pattern is easy to modify.
Wool used for MC is discontinued, so substitute with DK or Worsted yarn - something soft and cozy without addding too much bulk.
