Typo found in Rnd 15. It should read:
Ch 1, sc in same ch as joining; sc in next 13 dc, *2sc in next trc, … etc.

In other words, the * is in the wrong place. Instead of the way it is written with the * before the 13 dc, it should be moved over to start the repeat at 2sc in next trc. The 28 sc at the end of the instructions includes the first 13 dc so no need to start the repeat from there.
