From Knitting and Crochet with Beads Displaying a decidedly ethnic feel, this vest can be worn by itself as a tank top or camisol. For warmer climates try substituting Louet Sales Euroflac Linen, sportweight. The unusual construction results in beads lying in different directions, horizontal in the center panels and vertically at the side panels. Because the type and shape of beads alternate, take special care in stringing order (it’s clearly spelled out in the directions).
