This hat is worked in the round from the brim up with 100 yards or less of each of three colors. Although the hat uses three colors, only two are stranded at a time. The four different sizes are achieved by using either a sport weight wool at two different gauges for the two smaller sizes, or a worsted weight wool at two different gauges for the two larger sizes. The gender neutral design, range of sizes, and options you have when choosing colors make this hat perfect for anyone in your family. The ear flaps are picked up and knit in seed stitch after the body of the hat is done. Finish the ear flaps with either an i-cord or pompoms.
