Spring 2024 Lauren McElroy: Feliz Capsule Collection

Our collection with Lauren McElroy celebrates the versatility of Feliz: the wool/modal fiber blend gives both drape and body to these warm-weather knits. Simple textures stay light enough to layer for multi-season wear - see how Feliz plays with a multitude of textures in the different pieces for a beautiful effect.

//

The Agate Tank uses of a contrasting color for the side panels, highlighting the unique construction of this up-to-the-minute shape.

GAUGE
20 sts and 30½ rows = 4”/10 cm in Agate Stripe Rib, blocked.

NOTES
The front and back are worked separately, back and forth in rows, then sewn together at the shoulders. On each side of the body, stitches are picked up along the selvedge and worked outwards for a folded hem that serves as a finish for the armhole openings and the side slits. The neck opening is finished with I-cord, and the lower edge of the body is deliberately left unfinished.

The front and back are connected with contrasting-color side panels worked in the same pattern as the body, but left unblocked to emphasize the ribbed texture. The finished chest measurement is the total of the front width, back width, and two 4” side panels. The body side hems do not contribute to the circumference because the side panels are connected to the edges of the front and back along the hem pickup line, covering the hems.
