The Agave socks feature twisted stitch cable patterns down the leg of the sock. Some of the stitches that are picked up from the heel flap are used in the gusset shaping and are also worked in a cable pattern that is decreased in an agave-plant-like V-shape down the front of the foot.

Think the V looks too fussy? There are directions for an alternative version that continues the cables straight down the foot. These cables may look complicated, but they are designed to line up into a short repeat that is fairly easy to memorize.

This pattern includes charted instructions only.
