This pattern creates a beautiful lacy bonnet with a deep brim to shade the face or shelter from the wind. The bonnet can also be worn with the brim turned back for less coverage.

The bonnet can be made in one solid color or with a contrasting brim and neckband. It works up quickly - testers completed it in 2 to 5 hours. Four hours is probably an average for a completion.

The pattern contains written instructions and charts. The charts are very helpful for clarity.

A variety of yarns from Light to Medium Worsted in cotton, wool, or acrylic may be used.
