This is a basic rectangular shawl/stole with a textured border pattern at each end. It has a little sexy sway and nice drape, and would be a great accessory for cocktail parties, proms and weddings, or a night at the opera. The shimmer and glimmer of Moonshine yarn brings glamour to the occasion. With a simple shawl stick, this wrap is a worthy accomplice to the little black dress.

Can be easily widened or narrowed (cast on more or fewer stitches).

Can be easily lengthened or shortened.

Can be easily adjusted for available amount of yarn.

To swatch, start with a needle that gives you 24 stitches x 30 rows in 4 inches/10cm unblocked in stockinette.

Available in 3 file formats!
Which file should you download?

Booklet file is half-sheet formatted to print as a center-staple booklet if you:
print 2 pages to a side
print on margin-less 8.5 x 11 inch paper
(If you’ve taken a class with the designer after June 2012, this is the same format as her class handouts.)

E-reader file is half-sheet formatted but with all the pages in normal order and the blank inside covers deleted.
If you have a smaller tablet or you read off your smart phone, you shouldn’t have to zoom as much. You can also print this size if you print on 5.5 x 8 inch paper -- i.e. half-sheet.

Plain file is formatted for regular 8.5 x 11 inch paper. The cover photos are condensed on to the first page, so only the cover page requires color.
