These are the twelfth socks in the ‘When Vampires Knit Socks’ club.

Alec and Jane are twins, they are the same but different; Jane can inflict excruciating pain and Alec can numb all senses completely, leaving you helpless. Jane can only affect one person at a time, Alec can use his ‘gift’ against many. This ‘pair’ of socks is inspired by this concept, the sharp, twisted stitch pattern runs vertically down one sock and horizontally across the other. The colours in the Same Difference yarn are grey for the robes of the Volturi Guard, in which Alec and Jane play a pivotal role, and red for their eyes.
