Aliisa slouchy beret is fun to knit.
The passed over stitches create an interesting pattern that continues all the way to the crown.

The model is made of Lana Grossa Cool Wool 2000 (100% merino wool) but you can knit Aliisa of any DK weight yarn that gives you a measurement that fits your head circumference when knitting the 2x2 rib with 100 sts.

My beret took 1,5 balls of Cool Wool 2000 (about 274 yrds / 242 m)
Gauge: 24 sts x 34 rows in stockinette is 4”/10 cm on 3 mm needles.
