In order to style this like a traditional baja beach hoodie, I incorporated vertical stripes by knitting the hoodie side-to-side in one piece. The color shifting in the stripes is created by double-stranding Spincycle yarn, so that the yarn knits up in marled color changes. I love this effect and it beautifully showcases how creatively you can use Spincycle yarns! The body of the hoodie is knit in Cestari’s Ash Lawn yarn - an ideal combination of wool and cotton, it is sturdy yet also so next-to-skin soft that even the most sensitive little ones will be sure to love wearing it.

Notes:
Knit cuff-to-cuff in one piece.
Always use MC single-stranded and CC double-stranded.
Finished chest circumference reflects measurement after seaming. Measurements on the included schematic are before seaming & hemming.
