This winter seemed colder than most and I needed a bit of sunshine to get through. These gloves were inspired by one of my favorite flowers, Allium which emerges in late Spring.

Pattern has written instructions only but it is simple to memorize once you get going. Fingerless gloves were made using magic loop but can also be knit on DPN’s without issue. There are helpful links for any special techniques used like a stretchy CO and BO. You will also need to be comfortable with knitting in the round as well knitting front and back of the same stitch and decreasing as well.

Any fingering weight yarn can be used in place of Spud & Chole Fine. The main part of the pattern calls for a 2.5mm needle but you can substitute a US 2 or US 3 instead.
