Materials needed: 3.5mm or 4 US straight knitting needles, 2 x 3.5mm or 4 US double pointed knitting needles (to I-cord the ears), crochet hook or wool needle for attaching the fringe to the blanket, 30g or 1.06 oz Schachenmayr Baby Smiles Lenja Soft Double Knit in color 01090 (grey fluffy yarn), 15g or 0.53 oz Schachenmayr Bravo Color Originals Double Knit in color 02110 (grey smooth yarn), 10g or 0.35 oz Schachenmayr Bravo Color Originals Double Knit in color 02118 (multi-colour blue, white, and purple smooth yarn), stuffing, 8mm black safety eyes, 10mm black safety nose, black embroidery thread, 2 x fake eyelashes, tooth pick, and clear adhesive.

Knitting methods used: Cast on using the thumb method, Knit, Purl, KFB - Knit into the front and the back of the stitch - increases by 1 stitch, K2tog - Knit 2 stitches together as 1 - decreases by 1 stitch, P2tog - Purl 2 stitches together as 1 - decreases by 1 stitch, I-cord - knit a cord with 2 double pointed knitting needles, Cast off - Cast off by knitting or purling two stitches then slipping the bottom stitch over the top one.
