There are some places on the chart that may appear to be missing a decrease symbol, that is not the case. The decrease has been moved over to keep the pattern (row of double centered decreases) going. The stitch count is correct.

In Rows 3 and 4, the (YO, k2tog) don’t match. The row count is an even number but the chart, since it’s half, an odd number. Just work (YO, k2tog) across and don’t worry about the chart.
