Alpaca Meringue will be free through April 30, 2020 to celebrate the launch of Neighborhood Fiber Co. Suri Loft. It’s the perfect way to try this amazing yarn!

The sample shown uses one skein of Neighborhood Fiber Co. Suri Loft and about 50 yards of Plied North Ave for the helical stripes. You can use two color of Plied or substitute any other fingering-weight yarn for the stripes if you like—or leave them out entirely! Or work more!

The funnel shape of this simple cowl is created by changing needle sizes. The single-round stripes use the helical stripes method. You can find an excellent tutorial for working those stripes here.
