These alpaca thrum mittens are the perfect go to mitt for cold winter days, walks through the woods or out shopping. They are fun to knit and always a favorite! The inner layer, when made with Alpaca thrumming, is so, so soft and warm. It traps the heat around your hand ensuring you’re nice and warm. Over time the thrumming felts and adds an extra layer of water-resistance to the mitt.

We use a 3ply worsted weight, hand painted yarn from the sheep on our farm and alpaca thrumming from our wonderful alpacas.
