Sometimes, simple socks are the best to knit and to wear. These toe up socks are easy to make with calf increases that let you keep knitting as long or as little as you want to.

August 2010: The first version of these socks, the grey and yellow pair, uses a different color for each toe. The 2nd version in green and white starts with the same color. Doing so also makes the cuffs longer by several inches. So, if you want to make the tallest socks you can, knit version 2.
