This pattern has only been tested by me but I’ve knitted it many times. You can change the lace pattern as you wish, just be sure the stitch count matches. The camisole makes a nice summer top and the panties are thin enough to wear under her clothes.

This pattern will fit other 18 inch dolls tho I think AG is the chubbiest one so you may want to go down to #1’s if you have a thin doll. I have knitted several from one skein and still have much yarn left. I don’t really know actual yardage.

You’ll need two small buttons for the shoulder straps.
