Amigurumi Aachen house
A PDF pattern for a cute house inspired from a visit to Aachen, Germany.
Basic knowledge of crochet is required (US terms), at least how to make slip stitch, chain/s, single crochet stitch and connecting two pieces together using single crochet.
MAIN MATERIALS AND TOOLS:
- Cotton thread (e.g. DMC Cébélia Cotton size 10) in 3 colours. In addition small amount of blue, light brown and green
- Hook size 1.25mm
- Stuffing material e.g. styrofoam, soft foam, polyfill
- Tapestry needle
APPROXIMATE SIZE: 10cm (4in) tall. If you are planning to use a different thread brand or type, use a hook size of at least 0.25mm less than suggested on the yarn label to create tight stitches, this is applicable for cotton thread only. If you are planing to use acrylic yarn then use a hook size 0.5 smaller than the one suggested on the yarn label.
