What you will need:

2 knitting needles (US2/2.75mm or as per tension advice)
1 knitting needle (US3/3.25mm or as per tension advice)
10g colored DK yarn for the sample liquid
5g white DK yarn
Oddment of contrast or dark DK yarn to create the scale (optional)
Polyfil toy stuffing
1 inch (2.5cm) or smaller disk of stiff cardboard/thin plastic
2 plastic toy safety eyes (9mm)
1 small stone or other weight (optional)
1 tapestry needle for finishing
