Some needle-felting is needed for this box.

This pattern is for a tiny wool mushroom keepsake box. This pattern uses 100% wool yarn and when completed, measures a little over 2 inches (under 6 cm.) across. The assembly, with cap on, is just under 2 inches (5 cm.) tall.)

Materials needed for this project:
100% wool yarns in colors of Red, White, and Natural Mix (I use Patons Classic 100% Merino Wool yarn.)
Size I (5.5mm) crochet hook
Tapestry needle
dish-washing detergent

Styrofoam cylinder for needle-felting
