These fingerless mitts are designed to match our Amish Country Beanie. The scallop pattern at the cuff was modeled after the cuff of a pair of late 19th century/early 20th century Amish Wedding Socks from the Lancaster County area.
Knit in the round on dpns or magic loop, these start out fancy, and end up plain. A no-nonsense ribbed hand keeps your fingers cozy--but you can still get your chores done!
We used approximately 150 yards of Lamb’s Pride Worsted, combining three colors.
MC ~80 yards
CC1 ~35 yards
CC2 ~35 yards
