Amy cowl is worked flat from a provisional cast on and the two ends are joined with a three needle cast off to create a loop. (Or if you prefer you can cast on and off as usual and then sew the edges together).

The pattern is a 12 row repeat. If you have basic cable knowledge and ability to follow repeats it is for you.
