Cable pattern is WRONG on the pdf. It is a 12 stitch cable but instead of knitting 8 stitches after sliding sts to your CN, you will knit 6. I will update this when I can make the document a pdf tonight.

Pattern misses the BO. Clearly, once you reach your knees with the pattern, Bind off and then add the fringe.
