is the word for the heart chakra according to Hindu Yogic traditions.
In sanskrit, anahata means ”unhurt, unstruck and unbeaten”.
Anahata is associated with balance, calmness and serenety.

For this shawl you will need:
Drops Nord #01 offwhite – 2 x 50 gr
Vickevira MyPrecious – 2 x 100gr (2 colourways)
Or any other yarn of same weight and yardage (fingering;100gr = abt 400m)
Circular needle 4 mm – 80 cm
