Note: I had a question about the dec’s in the Leaf Panel set up rows. I hope this clears up any confusion-
The decreases are continued as est through the Leaf Panel Set up rows. Once the regular Leaf Panel is begun the decreases outside the Leaf Panel markers are no longer worked.
