“Andie at Prom” is based on Molly Ringwald’s character in “Pretty in Pink”. It is the first in my brat pack series of patterns, all based on the John Hughes films of the 80s.

The mitts are subtly checkered on top and are embellished with beads. They are very wearable in spite of the dainty details. This was such a fun design to work up, as those movies really spoke to me and so many of my generation.
