Cast-on/Cast-off, Knit, c6f, slip 3 sts on to a cable needle and hold at the front, knit the next three stitches, then knit the three stitches on the cable needle, Knit two stitches together, Make one stitch by picking up the yarn before the next stitch and knitting in to the back of it, Purl two stitches together.
