Knitting Pattern for a (Baby-) Blanket with Colourful Bobbles, Ribbed Hem and Applied I-Cord- Edging (One Size).

Structure:
The blanket is worked in stockinette stitch back and forth in rows. First, start with a hem in 2x2 ribbed pattern in the main colour with a contrasting contrast colour. After working the hem, the blanket is worked in stockinette stitch in the main colour and at the same time, colourful bobbles in different contrast colours are worked in. As soon as the desired length is reached, the blanket is finished with a hem in 2x2 ribbed pattern – again with the main colour and a contrasting contrast colour.
Last but not least, the right and the left edges of the blanket are finished with an applied i-cord edging in another contrast colour.
In the end, weave in the ends of the bobbles or use the “Magic Knot” to secure the ends.
