Anemone is a triangular sized shawl with eyecatching leaves. The shawl has a distinctive flowing appearance since it has no classical center line construction. The border has nupps in it to give it a defined edge. You can choose to add beads to the nupps and written instructions for this are included in the pattern.

Errata

I’m currently working on an errata for this pattern, and hopefully it will be done soon. There are some charted errors that needs to be fixed.

The techniques used in this pattern can be experienced as intermediate to difficult depending on your lace knitting skills.

The shawl requires 875 yards (800 meters) of a 2 ply regular lace weight. If you choose a thicker yarn, or if you alter the needle size, the shawl will require more yarn. The size can be altered, but this would require more yarn and information for such an alteration is not covered in the pattern.
