These lovely little Egg Cossies are made using two different colours of Katia Angora 100% and from two balls you can get at least four egg cosies by reversing the colours.

The loopy top version is made by leaving three sts on the needles, kntting an icord and looping it over when it is long enough.

Jan 2010 - Pattern updated due to a mistake on row 1 of the pattern should read:
Next row (dec): K4 sl1, K1, psso, K1, K2tog, K7. Repeat from * to * twice more, sl1, K1, psso, K1, K2tog, K5 (42 sts).

and also decrease row of inner ear should read:
Next row: K1, sl1, K1, psso, K2
