This shawl is knit using a hearty worsted weight yarn and US size 8 needles. I recommend a natural animal fiber that can be blocked to highlight the lace pattern. The pattern is worked in 3 sections at the same time with repeating 12 rows. It starts at the right side, gradually increases in width to the center and then gradually decreases to the left side.

Errata: Row 1 of written instructions had an extra (YO, K1). This has been corrected. The charted directions had no error and remain the same.
