I was inspired by tragicheroine’s “Anthropologie inspired scarf” from the Knitting! livejournal community. At the time I made mine, she hadn’t posted her instructions on the craftster forums. Even still, there isn’t a good pattern step-by-step instruction for it, so I thought I’d write one. Mine is a bit more narrow, shorter and flexible. Props go to Kelly for the pom-pom idea, I really love how they came out! This is a sideways knitted scarf, which is hard to keep track of when casting on, but then it just flies by when knitting.
