c- Upper sleeve circumference: 10½ (11½, 12, 13, 14½, 16½, 17 1/4) inches; 27 (29, 30, 33, 37, 41, 44) cm
d- Sleeve length from underarm to cuff: 19½ inches; 50 cm.
e- Length from underarm to hem (measure from the short side): 12 (12½, 13½, 14, 15, 15¾, 16.5) inches; 30 (32, 34, 36, 38, 40, 42) cm
