Apple Bloom is a lacy and delicate shawl worked sideways and featuring a combination of leaf lace and antique lace border. Made in just under 400 yds of sport weight yarn, it will be the perfect project to use a special skein of precious luxury yarn, for yourself or as a gift to someone very lucky!

I have included both written and charted instructions for the lace portion of this shawl.

Apple Bloom is the second shawl to be released as a part of my 2013 small shawl collection “Ode to the Spring - a collection of sideways shawls”. The collection will contain 6 small shawls using sideways construction and based on a Spring theme.

I am releasing each shawl both as an individual pattern and as a part of the collection, so please note that the purchase of the collection represents a significant reduction in price compared to the price of the individual patterns.
